Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

My Lux Outlet is pleased to offer FREE worldwide shipping to all our customers. We offer courier service using FedEx, UPS or DHL Express with tracking information.

Shipping time will vary depending on which warehouse your order will be dispatched from. The average delivery time within; Europe is 1-2 business days.

Outside Europe (North America / Asia) is 2-7 business days.

Oceania is 3-8 business days.

Please understand that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

When your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Customs operations are handled by My Lux Outlet together with the selected freight provider customs agency for shipments outside Europe.

Any documentation needed will be provided by My Lux Outlet to have the package cleared if necessary. Vendors that we partner with have 10+ years of experience with international deliveries and thousands of international buyers. Therefore, we can guarantee fast and smooth delivery.

However, My Lux Outlet is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
