Refunds and Returns Policy

Returns

MY LUX OUTLET allows customers to return their purchases within 14 days of delivery. Any returns received after the 14 day period will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original dispatch address at the customer's expense.

Only UPS, DHL, or FedEx can be used for returns as local postal services are not accepted due to lengthy delivery times. Returns must be in their original condition with any attachments such as tags, boxes, or dust bags. Shoes must be tried on carpets and returned with their undamaged boxes.

 

Due to hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns for:

  • Head wear
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Socks & Hosiery
  • Jewellery

 

Watches, glasses, and frames must be returned in the same condition as they arrived, including all branded packaging, documents, and tags if applicable. Tops and dresses should be carefully tried on to avoid makeup or deodorant staining.

 

MY LUX OUTLET reserves the right to refuse returns for products that have been worn, washed, or have a used scent. If returns are declined, the order will be shipped to the customer, and additional shipping charges will be invoiced. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipment cost of AUD $100 , plus any extra customs charges and duties, and ensuring that it has an active tracking number.

 

To initiate a return please email us at hello@myluxoutlet.com and state your return reason, your contact details, purchase date, receipt / invoice number and if you have any photo evidence (applicable to defective / wrong items) you can provide to help us speed up our process.

 

Refunds

Once returns are received and approved, refunds will be made by bank transfer, PayPal or the method of payment you purchased the goods with. Refunds take around 5-10 business days. The time it takes for refunds to reflect on a credit card account varies depending on the customer's financial institution.

In the case of receiving defective or wrong items, customers must contact hello@myluxoutlet.com with the subject "defects or wrong shipped items" within 14 days of receiving their order. Customers should provide photographic evidence of the item and the date of purchase. MY LUX OUTLET will provide a return label for any defective or wrong item sent to be shipped back to the original warehouse free of charge.
